One of the first things I worried about when I filed for divorce was how I was going to keep my kids out of public school. Happily, that remained a fantasy, and my kids continue to learn at home. How do I do it?

But anything from built-in shelves, curtains, or the sofa may be included in your offers on homes for sale. This is an area that may lead to counter offers as both sides work out what is acceptable.

You can’t just take back the house you bought and demand a refund like what you would do with a broken microwave. Doing your research about the neighborhood you want to buy a house in and being meticulous about the home inspections as well as other little things that would make a huge difference with you as a potential home owner can save you a lot of trouble in the future.
